Our Primitive Trailhead Sites are raw, real, and ready for self-sufficient campers. Tucked just off the backcountry roads, these sites offer the solitude you’re craving — without needing a ride deep into the woods.
You bring the gear. We provide the space: a leveled tent pad, a private fire ring, and the freedom to camp your way.

Cleared & Ready
Each site features a leveled tent pad (fits up to a 10-person tent), room for hammocks, a designated fire circle, and room for up to two offroad vehicles (unless otherwise noted on your reservation) — all cleared and ready for your arrival.
Shared Amenities
Rustic camping doesn’t mean going without. Primitive campers have access to a clean, shared outhouse located near camp.
Even if you're roughing it, you won't be forgotten. We stop by daily with firewood and ice available for purchase too — so you can stay stocked and keep things cool without running back to town.
Water Within Reach
Every primitive site includes nearby access to the creek — perfect for cooling off or refilling with a camper’s water filter. Prefer to bring your own? You’ll have space. Filter, refill, or pack it in — hydration is always within reach.
Drive-In or Hike-In, Your Call
Tucked just off scenic backcountry roads, these primitive sites offer that deep-woods feel without the hike of a lifetime. You’re still surrounded by nature, but with just enough proximity for a drive-in or quick pack-in. It’s the perfect balance for the self-sufficient camper who wants the wild — without getting totally lost in it.

Bringing your own UTV on a trailer? No sweat — we offer designated parking for trucks, trailers, and vehicles right near our check-in area. Whether you’re hauling gear or just need a safe spot to leave your rig, we’ve got space for you.
