Refund Policy & Guest Behavior

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.

• Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Weather Conditions:

• Our sites are rugged and off-grid. Rain, mud, and the occasional thunderstorm are part of the experience.

• We do not offer refunds for inclement weather unless we determine it poses a significant safety risk and cancel your reservation ourselves.

Early Departures / No-Shows:

• No refunds for early check-outs or no-shows for any reason.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM

• Check-out: 11:00 AM

Please arrive during daylight hours for safety. If you’re running late, let us know in advance.

🏕️ Guest Behavior Policy

Respect the Land & Wildlife:

• Leave no trace. Please pack out all trash, no littering, respect marked paths, and do not damage plants or trees.

• Fires must be kept within designated fire rings.

• No hunting, trapping, or harassment of wildlife. Fishing is catch and release only.

Respect Quiet Hours:

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Loud music or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

UTV/ATV Use:

• Recreational riding is not permitted on The Retreat at Goose Creek property. Use is limited to accessing your campsite or public back roads.

Drugs & Alcohol:

• Alcohol is allowed in moderation.

• Illegal drug use or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal with no refund.

Property Damage:

• Guests are financially responsible for any damage to tents, equipment, or natural surroundings caused by negligence or abuse.

Pets:

• For the safety of your animals and the local ecosystem, pets are not allowed at this time.
